Good evening- I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Report cards were shared with students and parents on Friday. Thank you for the hard work you did getting grades out. If you need to do a grade change please fill out the form and leave it with Linda. Thanks! Please complete the following survey developed by the X-block working group. They are looking to gather information as we plan the logistics and gather a picture of what offerings might be during X-Block.  The working group has developed the following vision statement for X-block. Good afternoon and Happy Veteran's Day.  Thank you all for the time and energy you put into PD on Friday! We value your thoughts and input and appreciate your honest feedback. Growth and change is hard but crucial to moving forward as a great school. Please share with me notes, questions, ideas, and concerns. Our goal as administrators is to keep having conversations. I enjoyed this article about gratitude so thought I would pass it along. There are some great ideas here. We have so much to be grateful for at AHS. Great kids, amazing colleagues, and a supportive community. As we celebrate a month that focuses on gratitude and thanksgiving I thought it would be nice to share what others are doing and thinking about. Send along stories of gratitude in the classroom that you see every day.  As a reminder grades should be entered in iPass by Wednesday at 3pm.   Report cards will be available in iStudent and iParent next Friday, November 15 after 3pm. Once  again, at...

Good evening- I hope you had a wonderful weekend. It was certainly a fun-filled weekend of AHS activities. Great to see so many of you at the football game, the play and the Robot Rodeo. All of those kids have so much to be proud of.  As you think about the amazing things our AHS students have accomplished this year please take a moment to answer this brief survey question. The Portrait of a Graduate survey committee thanks you! Portrait of a Graduate survey As we close out the week please reach out directly, by phone is best, to guardians of students who are struggling. Report cards should not be the first time they see grades and we can not count on all families using iParent. Thank you. eHallpass..... I am still waiting to have everyone uploaded into system. As we get ready to have all staff members using eHallpass please review your pass expectations with students. I encourage you to set clear guidelines regarding leaving the classroom. You have the authority to limit when stud...
