Good evening-
I am sure you are all looking forward to a short week! I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving with lots of family and time to relax.
Wear Purple Day for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness
Please show your support for Warren nutrition staff member Natalie Dunnirvine, who recently lost her husband to the disease by wearing purple on Tuesday!
If you are a club advisor or teacher who uses the auditorium, please read:
The custodians are dealing with a lot of trash clean-up recently. Please enforce the rule that no food or drink is allowed in the auditorium. Have your officers check the space after the each meeting to make sure it is left clean. The custodial staff would appreciate this support.
Please do not throw out any very large objects, such as furniture, on your own. SchoolDude the need and the custodial staff will make sure it gets to the right location. Large items such as furniture should not go in our dumpsters.
Challenge Day!
We will once again be holding Challenge Day at AHS. It will be on January 29, day one of the second semester. It will be a great way to kick off the second half of the year. If you are interested in participating this year please add your name to this form.
Department liaison/Lead Learner meeting:
We will meet Tuesday, November 26 in the main office conference room. The topic will be budget and program of studies updates! All are welcome to join.
Our next Faculty meeting is Thursday, December 12 at 2:50pm. We will meet as a whole group and have presentations on X-block and the Vision of a Graduate
School safety protocols:
Please take some time over the next week or so to review safety protocols for yourself and with students. Remember that a key component of our expectation is that you listen for information before making decisions on what is the best course of action for your class. Remind students that they should follow your lead and directions at all times and stay together as a class.
