Good evening- I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. As we head into Senior Week please remember that grades close at 3pm on Tuesday, May 30. Please let us know ASAP if you are having any issues or if there is a student failing your class. If you are planning to attend graduation on Sunday, June 4 please RSVP to Jess Blank so we have an accurate count of seats to reserve. We encourage all faculty to process in and sit together. Class Day will begin at 10am on Friday, June 2nd. The modified schedule can be found here and on the AHS calendar. Please sit with your class and use the available chairs prior to filling up the bleachers. The Final Exam schedule for grades 9-11 can be found here . Please post it or share the information with students. I purposely left the 8:30am start time to give students a buffer in arrival.  Here is the June menu for the cafeteria.

Good morning- Thanks to all who helped to make prom a wonderful evening for the Class of 2024. A special thanks to Jen Benstock and Jess Naughton as class advisors. You put together a beautiful evening for everyone involved.  Teachers of seniors, please keep us updated on any students who fail a class. We don't want any surprises! Good evening and Happy Mother's Day- This will be a very busy week at AHS. We will not have X-block this week. On Monday, students will receive a follow-up Developmental Relationships survey link. Please prompt them to take the survey at 10:30am.  Monday- Senior Class meeting 10:30am Tuesday & Wednesday- Math MCAS for all members of Class of 2025 Thursday- Chris Herren presentation for all members of Classes of 2023 & 2024 Friday- Early Release Unless you are notified of another activity you will meet with your department on Friday. Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!! (Be sure to read the message from the PTO below.) It was a beautiful weekend and I hope you all had a chance to enjoy the sunshine. As a reminder, we have a faculty meeting scheduled Thursday, May 11 in the library. Please let me know if you have any agenda items. We will have a senior class meeting on Monday, May 15 during X-block.  All members of the junior and senior classes will attend a presentation by Chris Herren on Thursday, May 18. The presentation is about an hour. Students will miss B block that day.  I have shared the Parent Information here if you are interested in learning more about the presentation.  On Friday, May 19 Professional Development will begin immediately at the end of the school day. Some members of the staff will be retrained in CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention). Geoff will reach out to those that need recertification.
