Good evening- Fall certainly hit this weekend.  I hope you have found time to relax and enjoy the cooler weather. Monday kicks of Start With Hello Week and our Peer Leaders have a variety of activities planned.  Please help support them by having fun and encouraging all students to be involved. Evaluation due dates: Self-assessment and goals are due to be shared on Friday, September 28 . I have linked the  drafted shared goals  here and they can be found under  Important Memos & Information.  All educators should make an appointment with their evaluator to discuss the goals and their educator plans by October 12.  Schedule your meeting now so you have time! The Parents Night Schedule will be shared tomorrow.  The evening runs from 6-8pm and A block will start at approximately 6:20pm.  I will remind parents that the goal of the evening is for you to share your class expectations and curriculum and you will not have time to engage in conver...

Good afternoon- I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.  It was great to see so many of you at Ashland Day.  I hope all of the groups had fun and raised lots of funds!   We've got one more disjointed week coming. Please be conscious of student time in relation to religious traditions when assigning homework this week.   I will be out of the building quite a bit this week but I am always available for phone and email. Monday I will be at the MIAA for the afternoon, Tuesday I will be at the MSAA for the morning, and Friday I will be at Medfield High School for the morning.  You can always leave anything needing a signature in the red folder behind Linda's seat.   As you start filling out PD, field trip, and other forms please remember this should all be done online.  Claudia Bialzik shared the folder of Curriculum Forms on September 7.  Be sure to save the folder to your drive and make a copy of the form before using it.   ...

Good afternoon- I hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend.   We have our first faculty meeting this week on Thursday.  The agenda is attached.   The AEFI will be here, along with representatives from the corporate sponsors who helped fund the Ashland Innovation Center, to do a ribbon cutting ceremony.  We will start in the AIC and then move to the library for the remainder of our meeting after the ceremony. Picture Day is Wednesday, September 12.  All students and staff must have their picture taken for ID purposes.  Please let us know if you need coverage to get to the gym.   You should have received information on who your evaluator is by now.  If not, please check in with Mrs Chaney.  You should be working on your self-assessment and formulating goals.   Start With Hello Week is September 24-28.  Think about doing a few of these suggestions.  We will have all school events happening throughout the week....

Good morning- I hope you are all enjoying this beautiful Labor Day weekend.  Thank you for a wonderful first week of the 2018-2019 school year.  I loved seeing the relationships being built with students in many classes around the building.  If you didn't find time the first two days to get to know your students, look for ways each day to spend even 5 minutes getting to know them.. It will pay off. This Friday is the All-School PBIS Activity & Convocation Day.  Class lists and Scavenger Hunt directions will be shared soon.  Please be an active participant in the event, even though Peer Leaders will be leading.  This is a time to get to know students across all grade levels and to encourage relationship building among students. The schedule is found here . A reminder for the end of the day. The front of the school is considered a two lane road.  If the buses have their stop signs out & lights flashing you can not pass them. Thanks for your...
