Good morning- X-block reminders:   Please take time at the end of 2nd block to make sure every student logs-in to Flextime Manager and signs up for a session each day.  As a reminder, Wednesday students will be takin the Positive Community Norms survey during X-block and will stay in 2nd block to do so. Directions will be in your mailboxes on Tuesday and students will receive the link directly through email.  We will have 2nd & 3rd year teachers from our district, Milford, and Mendon-Upton in the building for learning walks on Wednesday as well. Please welcome them if you see them around. With only 2 weeks left to the term please make sure you are updating grades in iPass as well as reaching out to students and parents of anyone who is failing. Have a wonderful week.

Good evening- I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Thank you for your participation in the CARES/Cultural Student Union's diversity/flag celebration. I look forward to seeing the video. I also appreciate your participation in Friday's PD. Tomorrow, Monday, March 21st is Down Syndrome Awareness Day. Show your support by wearing yellow and/or mismatched socks.  Please review the MCAS information in preparation for Tuesday and Wednesday. The attached list of students will be testing to earn the Seal of biliteracy on Tuesday, March 22. They will report to the world language lab at 8:30am and will remain there until test completion. We will update attendance regularly as they test. Some students are testing in more than one language and will test on Wednesday, March 23 as well, beginning at 9:36am. Good afternoon- Thank you for your participation in faculty meeting on Thursday. We will continue to hold students in 2nd period on Monday's in order to encourage them to sign themselves for the week. Please spend a few minutes making sure students log-in to the website and make choices. Remind them to check X-block each day in case a teacher has added them to their schedule. I will send a more detailed response to your letter/questions prior to the requested deadline of Wednesday but would like to reiterate that this is a collaborative effort. We need teachers to take attendance and to not keep students who are supposed to be elsewhere. We will continue to monitor the halls and make sure students go where they are expected to be.  Good evening all- I hope you had a wonderful weekend. As we move to mask optional this week please remember to encourage students to respect the choices of their peers and staff members. Students can choose to not wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status. Students and staff who are out with Covid and return after 5 days will be expected to wear a mask for the next 5 days.  X-block this week will be held from Tuesday to Friday. Please make sure you have scheduled yourself by 2nd block on Monday and spend the extra time on Monday making sure students in your class have signed themselves up for each day. We will discuss the X-block surveys, expectations, and strategies to support students at this week's faculty meeting.
