Wishing you all a fantastic last week before February vacation. It has been a busy 5 weeks of 2020. I hope this week is a calm and productive one for us all.
I have not heard back from our contact from Flextime Manager regarding the training this week. Stay tuned. I hope to let those who volunteered know ASAP if the training is still on. All other faculty members will work in departments on NEASC focused work. Details to follow later this week.
The window for teacher recommendations is open for any changes/adjustments until Monday, 2/10 at 3pm. Please take some time on Monday to check your recs. I apologize for the mix up Friday. I thought it was open for the afternoon and was unable to fix it until late when I learned it wasn't. If you make changes please let the individual students know in case they have already done their approval piece. Thank you.
Have a fantastic week!
This opportunity was sent to me this week. Looks interesting!

Examining language and implicit bias: implications in curriculum and classroom practice
Unpacking "Intersections and Connections" curriculum and its contextualized pedagogy
Exploring methods and strategies to expand the historical narrative
