Good morning- I hope you enjoyed another beautiful weekend. I will be out of the building at a conference on Tuesday, September 30.  We will start the day with a homeroom so that students can get pictures and IDs. Please grab them from your mailbox this morning if you have not done so already.  A few gentle reminders: Grades should be updated in iPass every two weeks.                                                   Add your activities to Flextime Manager by Friday for the following week.  I know the WiFi issues have been a challenge in the classroom, and I appreciate your understanding and flexibility. While this does not fix the WiFi issue, all teacher computers can be plugged in for internet access. Please let me know if you have questions on how to do that.  Looking ahead, at our October 9th faculty meeting, we wil...

Good morning- I hope you enjoyed this beautiful weekend.  This past week, an agreement was made for a new stipend for the AP Coordinator. The new ratio is 1.5 which is a rate of $2389 for FY26. If you are interested in applying or would like more information, please let me know.  Now is the time of year when many of our educational apps need to be renewed. Please let me know if you are having any trouble accessing any. I am told the information below is just for teachers wanting to use the app for the first time. If you have existing accounts, nothing should be impacted.  To kick things off, please share the following steps with your teachers to get them set up: Click your teacher sign-up link:   https://edpuzzle.com/schools/ join/acbd64 Sign up with your school email, and check your inbox to verify your Pro account. Install our  Chrome  or  Firefox  Extension on teachers' browsers for screen recording, and one-click "edit with Edpuzzle" imports f...

Good morning- Happy picture day! Students will be called to the auditorium by grade and in alphabetical order. Please ensure that you also have your picture taken. This is for 2025-2026 ID purposes.  If you are out for a portion of the day, please change the setting to "No Sub Needed". We can cover those absences internally. If you are not able to change the setting yourself, reach out to the business office to have it fixed. There are many people not scheduled for X-block. Please remember that if it is your common planning time, schedule that as an activity and mark it 0 for attendance.  As you start to meet with clubs, please review the anti-hazing laws and have the group leaders sign the  Anti-Hazing  Student Group Form   prior to Friday, September 26.  The law is attached below, and you should remind students about expectations prohibiting any kind of hazing. You can leave the form in the folder at the back of Linda's desk. Under   Massachusetts Ge...

Good morning- Happy Monday! I will be out of the building today and will have limited access to email. Please reach out to Carolyn, Kelli, and/or Linda for anything you need.  Please be mindful as you leave in the afternoon that you should not drive around the buses during dismissal. Thank you. The Professional Development time on August 27 is now available in AshlandPD. If you participated in the work with MTSS Tiers 1/2 or Goalbook, you can go in and register yourself for the PDP's.  We have a faculty meeting on Thursday, September 11, at 2:55 PM in the library. We will review the work you did at the August PD day around MTSS, as well as the RTI process. Please let me know if you have any other agenda items.  It will be a long day with Back to School Curriculum Night at 6 PM. I anticipate giving you some of the faculty meeting time to prepare for the evening. Please be prepared to share with parents/guardians which day you are available after school for students, as wel...
