Happy last day of the 2024-2025 school year. While some of the days and weeks were long, this year certainly flew by. Thank you all for a wonderful year. I really feel like this was a great year. We will meet as a faculty for our last meeting at 10:50am in the auditorium. Our day ends at 11:20am.  I wish our staff that is moving on nothing but the best! You will be incredibly missed.  In case you missed the email, contracts have been posted in TalentEd.  Check your email for the sign-out sheet. We would like keys left in the building, but you can keep your fob. Many people have not signed all TeachPoint documents. Please check documents like your Self-assessment and Goals to make sure they are signed.  If you are stepping away from an advisor position you currently hold, please let me know. Happy exam week!  It is so hard to believe we are at the end of the year. Thank you so much for an amazing year. The entire staff coming together to enforce a school-wide expectation around phone use was impressive to watch and made an impact.  Students have been reminded that they are to be in a classroom, the library, or the cafeteria if they are in the building outside of a scheduled exam. Please do your best to be available to students for questions or help during the times following the exam schedule.  We are happy to provide lunch on Friday, followed by the Sunshine Fund end-of-year celebration. We will have Marathon wraps with vegetarian and gluten-free options available.  Grades will be open this morning. As you complete final grades, please be sure to run grade verifications and check them carefully.  We will share the staff sign-out sheet on Wednesday so you can begin closing out your room.  I will share an update on building access for the summer...

Thank you to all who participated in and supported Class Day and graduation. Friday was a great day for the Class of 2025. They felt the love from APS.  I loved to see that they showed you their appreciation as you left the cafeteria to process into graduation1 The  Senior slide show,  created by the senior class officers, and the  6 Word Memoir  were shared with the students at their banquet. I hope you enjoy them!! As we move into the last full week of classes (!!!) a reminder to share the exam schedule with students and discuss your expectations.  We should no longer need subs this week, so please select "no sub needed" when entering an absence. Check in with Linda and Lindsay first, though, if you are able to.  I am out today (Monday, June 9) but will be checking email. Have a wonderful last week of classes!!

Good morning- Faculty meetings for 2025-2026 will be after school. The vote was 30-3. Meetings will continue to be scheduled on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Please plan accordingly. The Biology MCAS will take place next week on Wednesday, June 4th, and Thursday, June 5th.
