Happy end of the 2022-2023 school year!! We made it! I also wish all of the dads a belated happy Father's Day as well as a Happy Juneteenth to all. This was a weekend of celebration for many reasons. Here is the End of Year Check Out form . Please print a copy of everything needed and turn it in to the office anytime after 10am.  Grades will close at 10am. If you are giving a make-up exam and can not meet that deadline please let Jess know. As a reminder, print your grade verification so that it includes Term 4, Final Exam, and the Final Grade columns (even if you did not use all of them) and turn it in with your Check Out Form. We will meet as a faculty for the final time this year on Tuesday at 10:30am in the auditorium. The building will be open for summer hours starting Wednesday, June 21.  Good morning- One more regular school day to go! Grades will close at the end of the school day today, Monday, June 12. They are due by 9am on Tuesday, June 20, unless you are administering a make-up exam. Please make sure to run a verification report that includes T4, FX, and FIN (if you calculate it yourself). Double check that grades look accurate and no grades are missing.  As we get ready to make some changes for the coming year please label anything that needs to be moved or removed from your room and SchoolDude it. Please take time this week to make sure all of your documents in Teachpoint are signed.  We will have a staff lunch for all interested in some end of the year collegiality on Thursday, June 15 in the AHS cafeteria around noon. Congratulations to the Class of 2023! It was wonderful to celebrate them all today. Thank you to everyone who was able to join us for the celebration. The students appreciated all of the faculty/staff love.  This week is MCAS and the last full week of classes. We are almost there. Please remember to review the information in the email from Meaghan regarding MCAS which is scheduled for tomorrow and Wednesday.  A reminder that today is Class Election Day and speeches will occur during an extended A period. We will call down classes and all start in the auditorium! A block teachers should sit with your class. Student voting is Wednesday during lunch blocks and StuCo could use help F block (last period) to count ballots  Please review the Exam Schedule with your students and make sure they understand your expectations.
