Happy last day of school!! Words can't express how proud I am of the work all of you did this year. I am looking forward to our reset next year.  Here is a recap of information from today's meeting. APS 2022-2023 School Year AHS school hours 8:10am - reporting time                                 2:45pm- dismissal Family Reconnect Weekends: October 8-10, 2022 January 13-16, 2023 April 7-9, 2023 Faculty and department meetings will remain the 2nd and 4th Thursday's of the month. Our first faculty meeting will be on September 8 at 2:55pm. The AEA did vote to have meetings after school this year. Back to School Night will return to it's regular format and is scheduled for Thursday, September 15 at 6pm. Summer building hours are 8am-2:45pm. Please email Bob Burgess, head custodian, the night before you are looking to access the building to make sure your area is open. You can also call the front office...

Good morning- I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I am sure plenty of it was spent grading but I hope you also enjoyed some downtime. Grades will close at 10am on Wednesday. If you are giving a make-up exam and can not meet that deadline please let Jess know. Print your grade verification so that it includes Term 4, Final Exam, and the Final Grade columns (even if you did not use all of them).  Linda will share the End of the Year Check-Out form this morning. Please do not turn them in until Wednesday.  The Sunshine Fund will host a dessert celebration today. Details to follow.  As a reminder we will meet as a faculty on Wednesday at 11am. We will meet in the auditorium. The building will be open for summer hours starting Thursday, June 23. You can access your classroom from 8m-2:45pm. Good afternoon- Reminder of exam schedule: Final Exam Schedule 2022 Students who are out with Covid this week will work with their Dean to plan for exams. The Dean will reach out to individual teachers. I encourage you to consider waiving the exam. For your planning purposes: Faculty lunch provided Friday, June 17 in the cafeteria. The Sunshine Fund will host an end of the year celebration on June 21.  Our last Faculty meeting will be at 11am on Wednesday, June 22. Dismissal is at 11:30am. Please review the attached list of clubs/advisers:   AHS Clubs 2022-2023 . Let me know if I am missing anything/anyone. The jobs should be officially posted by the business office this week. Good afternoon- Please review the email from Meaghan regarding MCAS administration on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thank you to all of the faculty and staff who helped make senior week and graduation a success!! It was great to see so many faces at graduation.   Last week our retirees were celebrated at the School Committee meeting. Congratulations Caroll and Maureen. You will be missed!!
