Senior grades looks great! Thank you everyone. Hopefully entering grades for the rest of the students goes smoothly for you as well. Review the information sent Friday for information on what to enter. As an FYI, we are going to do the student materials return tomorrow: Monday, June 15. It is expected that we will let everything sit for a few days before going through everything. Here is the email and procedures sent to parents and students: Please see the attached information regarding returning school property to AHS. We ask that all materials, except for Chromebooks being used by 9-11th grade students, be returned on Monday, June 15. AHS Textbook/Materials Drop Off Any materials that were not picked up from student lockers will be staged in the outdoor classroom next to the library. The grading window is open for all students . It will close on Wednesday, June 17 at 3pm sharp. All teachers should enter a "grade" in Term 3 as well as the final grade, unless you choose to have it automatically run. In Term 3 please enter: Full year courses- CR- credit NCR- no credit You can calculate the FINAL grade using the 45/45/10 formula or leave the field blank and the system will do it for you. Semester 2 courses- P- Pass F- Fail All NCR's and F's should be discussed with Erin or Brian before recording. Please complete entering grades by Wednesday, June 17 at 3pm. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Yesterday was a special day for the Class of 2020 and it was so great to see you all there. I loved all of the "Thank You Teachers" posters the kids had.
