Good evening- Next Wednesday, May 1 is Ashland's Town Meeting.  Town Meeting is held in the Ashland High School Auditorium and begins at 7 pm.  There are many warrant articles that will have a significant impact on the Town, including the approval of the annual school budget.  If you live in town please make it a priority to attend and give your valuable input.  Please find attached a link to the Town's webpage where the warrant articles and budget information can be found.   https://www. ashlandmass.com/449/Town- Meeting Teacher Appreciation Week is coming!  The PTO will again be honoring the great work you do with treats throughout the week.   Desserts, fruit, and seltzers will be served on Monday, breakfast on Wednesday and lunch on Friday.  We are lucky to have an organization  that is so supportive. Good afternoon- I hope you had a wonderful April vacation!  It's hard to believe we are now in the big rush to the end of the school year.  Seniors only have 20 days of school left. Just a reminder that evidence is due this Friday, April 26.   The  Senior Exam Schedule  is attached.  Please note some adjustments to the schedule from previous years.  The Senior Week Schedule will be out this week.   Please welcome Susan Furste back to the World Language department.  Velma Flores decided to move on so Sue has agreed to fill in for the remainder of the school year! The sophomore class will participate in the Signs of Suicide program beginning Monday, April 29.   The program will be implemented through the Wellness classes but there is potential for students to be called out of class later in the day based on the rating scales they complete during the program.  This is an important opportunity for us to educate students a...

Good evening- I hope you all enjoyed the beautiful weather this weekend!  Spring seems to finally be here and we are on the countdown to April vacation.  I am looking forward to Madrid, Paris, and Rome with 40 of our amazing students next week.  This week is National Assistant Principals Week. Please take a moment this week to thank Lauren and Erin for all that they do. They are an amazing team and we are so lucky to have them! Student voice is essential and recently I have been working with a few different groups and listening to their ideas and concerns. One group, which grew out of the Courageous Conversation on stress  has developed a student survey which will be sent, by email to the student body tomorrow right before break.  Please encourage students to compete the survey prior to leaving your classroom for break.
